is an amount I know we can afford, considering the revenue/donations boost from such a hire and the $40+ million per year we receive from the SEC now.
If we can get him for $4.5 mil/year, then that's even better, but the point is that we should be willing to offer at least up to $6 mil/year if that's what it takes.
