last week in office was not limited to only those with 'severe mental illness'.... it required the So ill Security Admin to forward the identities of EVERYONE receiving Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI) and Supplemental Security Income (SSI) benefit recipients who use a representative payee to help manage their benefits due to a mental impairment to the National Instant Criminal Background Check System (NICS).

Sure sounds like a lack of Due Process to me. Why did Obama wait until his last week in office to issue this rule?
