Gotta give the marxist credit, this was a brilliant political move. There is no way he or the uterus wanted anyone as moderate as garland on the court. There are plenty of bomb throwing radicals, many of them minorities who they would have love to join the court.

Obama knew the Rs would have cows. Probably thought they would defeat the nomination. Then fat hillary could have appointed her own radical to the court. Plenty more lesbian gorillas out there. Maybe a nice crazy transexual....

The Rs reject a perfectly moderate nominee, they are embarrassed and they would not dare to reject the next nominee, which would be someone in the eric holder mold.
