They have been quiet on this one

I think Maddow went through his rulings, but overall, not a whole lot of hate, and say he is qualified. This is not necessarily the fight they need as it really does not change the court. They also seem to think he is a reasonable reasoned person which gives them some hope he could turn more liberal as he ages.

Or they could just do what the Repubs did in the last 9 months...tough to tell...they will drag it on a bit as they always do while looking for dirt.
