what you said was true initially, but liberal policies of patronizing blacks, lowering standards and allowing liberals to run major cities is the current reason for the plight of most blacks.
White liberals have a plantation mentality for blacks. They need government, and i am compassionate so i will lower standards and give them obama phones, or whatever. So we have "families" that can't remember long enough ago to recall a two parent working, self sufficient household. It's all welfare, that's all they know.
And that is fine with the socialists.
