Fake News.
I was hoping it was for real so that it would put a lot of small people out of work and on the unemployment roles. A strike like this would put a severe hurt on Southern California's economy and tax revenues so when Federal money is withheld from L.A., San Diego, San Francisco and others for being Sanctuary Cities it would be very, very effective and send a message from American Taxpayers in flyover country.
