Lots of 4 stars don't make, we've had plenty of those ourselves. Not sure of 5 star busts, maybe for reasons other than performance (Mixon, DGB)

Nevertheless, the teams that have spotty recruiting are the teams that aren't in the first tier. They may have their "moments" but they don't win on a consistent basis.
