If he were trying to make it fair, he would publish what they are doing to us, and then do the same to them. He is just picking at straws. And he is using a tax to pay for a wall..not a tax to make things "fair"...and for basic manufacturing, even if we made things "fair" it would be done elsewhere because any job that requires significant labor costs would not be done in USA.
