a drug dealer and he shoots someone during a drug deal? Is he in for a drug offense or a gun crime, or assault?

If the criminal robs and beats someone to get money for drugs. Is that a drug crime?

We have seen how the government will categorize criminality by Muslims. Workplace violence, mental disability etc .

Sorry, not buying it.
