Seriously. They're investigating a claim. We weren't there (at least I wasn't) and there's been **** for press and folks have already convicted not only some unknown perpetrator, but the whole basketball program in a cover-up.

IF a rape occurred, it's a terrible thing. But that has yet to be proven. So yes, she's either a victim or she's not, but as it now stands, she's a "potential" victim. She could just as easily be a willing participant or an outright liar and you have to develop the facts to figure out the truth of the matter.
