I don't know how much any of these will really affect the game. Softball is not a slow sport to begin with. The issue during the college world series has more to do with TV timeouts for commercials than the play of the game.

However, #3 could be amusing. Picture being in the 1st base dugout and your catcher on 3rd when the last out is made. The pit crew scenario could be fun watching her get ready and not miss the 90sec timeframe. NASCAR has come to Softball.
