I think he could be decent as a junior/senior. His brother was a top college WR this season, and will at least be in an NFL camp this spring/summer.

There's no guarantee that he has the same athleticism, but it's ok to have guys like that using the 12/13th scholarship. If he develops physically you get a Keith Ramsey or better type of player. If not he can transfer.
