If I had to choose between him as a prospect and Smith or Nikko, I'd absolutely take Kapita.
But if I have to factor in the eligibility issues, I might be more inclined to go with the two guys we ended up with, both of whom I like as long-term prospects.
You could make an argument that KA has us in a situation where you might as well take a chance and hope he pans out, but you could just as easily argue that a program in a healthier state can more afford to take that risk.
Of course, we're wasting a scholarship on Kemp right now, so it shouldn't have been an either/or situation anyway.
