failure to fulfill obligations, (this includes contractual obligations), lack of effort, loss of leadership of the team, anything that will get another investigation by the NCAA, speaking rudely/disrespectly to people, failure to make efforts to improve, both individually and as a team/program, failure to hold student athletes to high standards (think Jimbo Stoops) on and off the court, as well as the classroom.
Two of three areas have seen major improvements. Character of players on the team is much higher, as is academic progress. The Tigers had their best game shooting 3s in a very long time yesterday, following a better than what it's been recently 3 point shooting performance the game before. This shows the coach is continuing to teach and make improvements as the season goes along.
