i've seen studies, forgive i can't link, that are based on mortgage loans. Blacks by a percentage spend short of their income, favoring neighborhoods in the lower bracket. Whites spend over their income.

We could come up with a lot of reasons. i think it's because they feel safer there. it could also be that when HUD houses pop up, your value drops.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
