housing values, neighborhood housing values drop.
migrant factory workers aren't going to throw in 200+ for a house, so they move the needle in lower income housing.
i know people who have white flighted.
100% was issues with discipline at the schools, if you have the ways and means to take your kids to a more peaceful school, you move. anyone would.
