apparently "put lives in danger", etc, it occurs to me that anyone putting our troops into the mideast is putting lives in danger, by definition, since some of them are killed there.

Why would that action not be considered at least as egregious as Mannings, since putting them there is a hopeless action which will NOT benefit the US in any measurable way? And not only cost wasted lives but untold billions of dollars.

This is an area in which I do not foresee improvement from Trump.
