take any kid and drop him into ESTL at 5 years old with maybe one parent at home or both parents working 70 hour weeks and then take him through 10 years of school in decrepit buildings with teachers striking every other year and drive-bys shooting up c-stores next to bus stops and see how many are eligible for NCAA competition as college freshmen.
