Long, successful run at mid-major (St. Mary's). Not sure what he makes there, but he's in year 7, I believe, of a 10 year contract that goes through 2021, so you'd be buying out 3 years at least.

Has interviewed at other places, but never made the jump, including Utah. Not sure he's not a lifer, but that's the kind of guy I'd like to find.
