continue to fall for the smooth talking of some coaches despite a track record of not winning.
This is why guys like Johnny Jones, Lorenzo Romar, and Travis Ford are employed.

It is also a byproduct of AAU ball. Winning is not the most important thing to a lot of guys. Getting their minutes/points/touches/etc is the most important thing.
