I liked Grantham. One of the few Georgia fans who did.
Pruitt was an upgrade. Kirby (not our DC but you know what I mean) is an upgrade too. But there are a ton of worse DCs out there.
But Grantham does a lot of things well.
His weaknesses are hiring position coaches, helping in recruiting (except for OLBs), and developing players (he'd rather get the shutout with 13 players instead of getting the under-class men reps).
Strengths are dominating 1 dimensional teams. 2nd half adjustments. Pressuring the QB.
