and can be affected by a number of things. Basically, team offensive efficiency is the number of points scored per 100 possessions. Offensive rating is a personal offensive efficiency rating. High volume shooters like Barnett and Hughes numbers will suffer if they don't make shots, which they haven't. It can also be artificially inflated by not taking many shots - probably the case for CVL.
By way of comparison, the National Leader has a 149.8 rating - if you disregard the number of possessions a player is used in. That particular player is 16.4%. The leader drops to a 126.1 rating (used in 28% of possessions, so a high touch rate) or 131.6 (used in 24% of possessions - more diverse offense).
Barnett touches the ball in 23.9% of our possessions, so he's basically in the 24% category. Hughes is 26.5%, so slightly higher. They are our team leaders in that stat.
