before he's no longer a leader. And, to the extent the talent level is lacking to be competitive, then it is on the players. Which is no one's fault, it just is.
But, I don't see him as a recruiter and unless the staff is outstanding at that, he won't be successful. And I do have problems with what I observe on the court in several ways.
