It's not his random, indefensibe substitution patterns, or pattern of choking at the end of games, or his inability to close the deal on our primary recruits.

The reason Kim Anderson needs to go is he is simply incapable of looking in the mirror and accepting responsibility for the results of this team. Just once, take the pressure off this team by acknowledging their Coach has let them down. He hasn't even partially accepted the blame. Even Tom frickin Izzo took 100% of the blame when his team began this season losing however many in a row. And you know what? HE BELIEVED IT.

I don't think Kim Anderson believes he has done anything wrong. He can't make shots for them, make them age, play smarter, etc. And the players hear what he says every day, and so they believe it too. It's THEIR FAULT. And the death spiral ensues.
