Observation over the past 2 games

I coach both girls and boys basketball, although not my primary job.

That said, the past two games in my opinion show a lack of proper adjustments at the half... or maybe better said a lack of anticipating the other teams adjustments.

We have started out seemingly with a solid plan and then when the other coach changes things up we are not prepared to also adjust and win the game.

Anyone else feel the same way?
