the Feds are left to locals. I personally would not be in favor of a local single payer system but Constitutionally it would be on firm legal grounds. I would also like to see abortion done away with which it would have in most places if Roe-v-Wade had not stepped in and removed local control.

Our system was not intended to be a federal system. Most power was supposed to be under local control.
