Let's start with the basics:

1. Rights, including property rights, do not come from man.
2. No one has the right to initiate force against anyone who has not used force himself.
3. The State and its claims - all of them - are illegitimate because the State ONLY exists by force, and not consent.

4. I am an anarchist. I do not support or advocate for the State in ANY capacity (see nos. 2 and 3)

5. Courts, laws, police can all exist without a State.
6. Dispute resolution can take place without a State and its mechanisms. Courts, arbiters, mediators, panels, various bodies pertaining to a specific set of private law (such as a religious body)
