the recidivism rate for violent offenders is 71%. keep them locked up. stop giving out quadruple secret probation and then fail to violate their probation when they reoffend.
property crimes has about an 80% recidivism rate.

Nearly 75 percent will have at least one prior violent arrest on their record as well as a prior probation sentence and 60 percent having at least one prior admission for a crime against a person."
