There isn't much a president can do to fix a corrupt city, with a corrupt police force, a corrupt mayor, and a bankrupt state govt.

Throw in drugs, gangs, and fierce black lives matter philosophy, plus snitches get stitches, not much can be done.

Sure, you could move some people out, but does that eliminate, or merely spread the problem?
