My expectations and these are lowered expectations because of the utter failure of the previous coaching staff.

year 1 .500 record or better.

year 2 20+ wins and in the NIT

year 3 20-25 wins and at the minimum a bubble team for the NCAA Tournament.

In all reality, Mizzou should never ever go 3 straight years without making the NCAA Tournament. Any time the team only makes it to the NIT should place the coach on some sort of a hot seat. Failing to make the NIT should result in termination.

These were the standards of Mizzou Basketball for 50 years before Kim Anderson was coach.
