Only those who are so married to this weird Norm value system would post something like this. The fact is Norm was Norm and kim is no where even close to Norm.

This program is horrific condition. And while Haith was a sleazy POS, Kim is completely incompetent. He has his players and he may only win five games with them. Anyone who thinks the program is in better shape or thinks the building blocks are there for success is being purposely obtuse.
