Egypt blockaded the Straits of Tiran for Israeli ships despite being warned it was an Act of War. They then massed troops on the Israeli border....that seems clear to me who 'started' the Six Day War.

Prior to the occupation of Lebanon, the PLO had been launching attacks into Israel from Lebanon. Israel defended itself.... that also seems clear to me who 'started' that conflict.
