group of good schools who never won a championship. It sends the message that, never have, and never will.

We don't need to highlight it, but we can make a small casual plaque noting the accomplishment without drawing a lot of attention to it, just to take care of the glass ceiling issue.

I'm certainly not going to make a big issue of it, but it's out there, so why not take advantage of it?
