MU has considerable amount invested in these student athletes. At many other programs around the nation they are set up in basketball specific dorms to prevent against such things occurring.
Its not just that the apartment complex paired them up with this random stranger (who likely wasn't, he played basketball in Chicago at the same time as Woods), its that MU at least by their after the fact statements didn't proclaim to know that they were living with such an individual. They basically claimed ignorance on 2 of their players living with a non-student who was committing felonies. That wouldn't happen at a well run program, it just wouldn't.
