2. Applies only so long as there is enough stuff from which to produce. And, it probably applies only to mfg, as opposed to service jobs.
5. Again, applies to mfg, not service jobs. In the latter, "productivity" is difficult, if not impossible, to even measure.
7. Wrong. Money is certainly wealth by any rational definition. Without it, from someone, business cannot be formed to produce more wealth.
8. I see no point in this discussion. May as well say water is wet, as if that proves something.
10. Wrong, today. Producing palm oil (an unneeded product) by destroying huge tracts of Indonesian virgin forest will subscribe to the laws of economics. But in the long term it is not logical. Destruction of virgin forest thruout the world, as we are, will surely create problems that will cost far more than the money made from palm oil. An unneeded product which simply replaces other oil already existing.
