Physical action that infringes upon someone's natural rights. I didn't say "physical touching of the other person"
Why is infringing upon someone's natural rights a crime? Because uninitiated force is being used against someone. Because there is a victim; it violates someone's sovereignty and rights.
Why only physical? Because thought crime is claiming ownership of someone else's mind
