life which makes objective morality and natural rights impossible. As just another evolved animal on Earth, humans don't have anymore rights than any other animal. We have the same rights which is none. Evolution selects for survival not morality, rights, reason, or anything else.

Morality and rights require free will which doesn't exist in his worldview. DNA neither knows nor cares. It just is and we dance to its music.
