yes simply throwing money at them is stupid and ineffective.

My guess is that you referring to the nature of public schools in general. All fifty state Constitutions address this particular issue so it is a stupid and pointless argument.

You may not personally agree with the legitimacy of our Constitutional Republic but it is very much the law of our lands.
