secondary violations that didn't even end up being in the investigation report. Programs commit and report secondary violations all the time.

There was nothing going on at MU when Haith left, he simply had a better and more long term job offer. So he took it. MU gave up on the sport, and thus it made it easy to scapegoat someone who was no longer here in an attempt to temporarily deflect blame for how poorly we were doing. Unfortunately, how poorly we were doing wasn't temporary and it became a moot point where we just punished ourselves for no reason.
