It was a compliance department issue - with some violations occurring on Kim Anderson's watch. There was no allegation of wrong-doing made against Haith.
The Mizzou AD made a decision to vacate wins during Haith's year, that and the AD's timing of the revelation of the investigation appear somewhat sketchy - designed to make it appear that poor Kim was dealt a bad hand (and to make a case for continuing the dii experiment.)
