the rumors started after the national nominations. : Russia could be behind hacks on the dnc.

......this is what a russian hack looks like or would look like.....

and they just keep spouting that for months without being proven.

remember donna brazille in her infamous interview with Megan Kelly after the last debate. "you must be for the russians" remember that?

so at some point in time, the talking heads started referencing the russian conspiracy as a fact. "i think it's pretty much a given, everyone in Washington believes the Russians are behind this"


no one has been successful at disproving what the CIA and the FBI really didn't establish in the first place.

that's why it's still lingering.
