By the way we have single payer in the US on a large scale. Ever here of the VA. You want in that system?

As for where the insurance company is based, you must not realize they contract with local doctors and hospitals. So yes BC/BS of MN could sale a plan in MT.

By the way the plans will look much different because you are paying for basic services. What does this mean? They are contracting for major medical, not with every doctor in an area just to have an in network provider
