Think about it: have you seen these families? Have you seen the dead children? The fact is you don't know; you were told to believe it, or you have complete faith in the delivery mechanism of the story (reporter, newspaper, tv news) that you just accept what you're told.
So you believe the US has the capability to pull off false flags, but you "refuse to believe".
