of the 9-11 hijackers were aided by the Bush era "Express Visa".. what he failed to mention was that number was TWO and that all others (17) received visas under the Clinton Administration and that 15 of the 19 hijackers entered the US before Bush/Cheney were inaugurated.

He plays loose with facts and uses imprecise terms that he can dance around.

I fully expect him to say "two is a number, so I was absolutely correct"
