Player retention and player development are going to be the reason Kim is not successful at Mizzou.

Not one player has gotten significantly better after a year or two in the program and just about everyone who had the opportunity to go some where else has.

You cant keep saying, well those guys are thugs and we are better off without them. Eventually Kim has to keep some guys around and he has to develop them in to good basketball players. Neither of those things have happened under his watch at Mizzou.
