I am old school and have been a Mizzou BB fan since the early 1960's. I grew up with Stormin' Norm Stewart, who actually signed as his first recruit a 6'6" center from my hometown of Palmyra. I am somewhat worried if Anderson is the right answer to our program. I'm not sure the players in the house right now listen, try to follow his instructions, tune him out, or show the fight-grit-enthusiasm to succeed. I'm worried about game-time management and philosophy: shooting 3's vs. pounding the ball inside to Puryear/Woods, driving to the hoop vs. jacking jump-shots, pressing the other team, switching zones to slow down the opposing team, having the Head Coach show emotions/anger if needed/giving "kudo's" for excellent plays, etc.

I want Anderson to win and succeed......I'm just not convinced this arrangement is going to work out.

Are today's players/kids tuned in to an old school player and now Head Coach and will they do what's needed to be a complete team, EVEN IF IT MEANS THEY HAVE TO "SACRIFICE" FOR THE GOOD OF THE TEAM?
