brought to Mizzou to do."
This shows the truly warped nature of your thinking. They weren't brought to Mizzou to do one thing. They are STUDENT athletes. First and foremost is to get an education. Second is to excel at the game of basketball. These things are not to be done at the expense of character. Being good citizens and good role models are more important than wins. That you don't get it says all one needs to know about you as a person.
Your priorities in life suck.
That doesn't mean I am happy to see failure to win in our sports programs. I'm not. But I'd much rather have young men who win less than tolerate a Derrick Washington or a Michael Dixon so we can have more wins. And IT ISN'T EVEN CLOSE! You may settle for that kind of disgusting person, but I will not. They are a plague and good riddance to them and their ability to win a game that at the end of the day means nothing.
I'd much rather our young women feel safe in the company of honorable young men who will be respectful of the women on campus, and not get into bar fights, and not cheat on their assignments, and not be shooting guns, or committing other crimes. You don't have to pick up the pieces of the broken lives that sort causes. I'm very comfortable with the exchange, because I know it takes real time to change the culture, and this is exactly what Kim Anderson is doing.
