What would Phillips' assist average be on a good team?

When you consider how poor offensively we have been this year as a whole, the fact he averages 4.6 assists is pretty amazing. You have to think he would be at 7 or 8 apg if part of a good P5 starting lineup, which is very elite as far as assist numbers.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
