as a whole have about the same top 25 representation as an average P5 conference. That is, there are often 3-5 non-P5 teams ranked, which is typical for the big boys. Therefore, treat the entire non-P5 as 1 league and give the highest rated team a bid as long as they are ranked above a certain threshold. I believe that number should be 15, not 10.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
