on goods manufactured abroad to get around Free Trade Agreements.
As I showed above, Mexico charges 15% VAT on all goods that cross from the US to Mexico despite NAFTA.
Canada places a 5% GST on everything entering their county from the US and the Provinces tack on a VAT (despite NAFTA)
We don't charge Canada or Mexican goods ANYTHING for importing into the US. Is that fair for US manufacturers?
